QCI adds SilverSterling OEM Drives

QuickSilver Controls, Inc. adds the SilverSterling™ controller to its line of controllers/drivers for NEMA 11, 17, and 23 frame brushless servo motors, DC brush motors and Voice coil actuators, providing a 3.5A RMS x 2 phases continuous drive with 5A peak at 12v to 48v. The SilverSterling provides both RS-485 and CAN communications ports, supporting DMX, MODbus™ RTU, and CANopen®, ASCII and Binary protocols. OEM expansion is provided via a 60 Pin header including support for a second serial port, two SPI™ ports, an I2C port™, and multiple analog, digital and PWM I/O.

 

The SilverSterling is available with an extruded housing/heatsink which has been designed to easily accommodate custom/user specific expansion circuit boards. Contact factory for pricing and availability.
